Nice Wednesday run
Today was foggy and chilly but we climbed (via Chamise) up to the sun and felt the warm rays. It's always a great feeling at the top of the climb, knowing you did it, you got out of bed to run and will feel the benefits for the rest of the day!

Picture a green wooded hillside, shrouded in mists, where you can't really see the next bend, and then, slowly climbing out above it all, the sun breaking through and the warm glow of sunlight on the mountain. Then you look back and see the valley that you just came looking like a misty sea, and you get the feeling that you are floating.
That's why we get out of bed!
